2024-2025 Certificate of Currency Extension Request

Due to delays in finalising a new 2025-2026 agreement, the insurers have issued extension certificates for the current insurance, through to the end of April.

If you would a copy of the extended certificate, please complete this form. Please note that this certificate will expire at the end of April 2025. Once new certificates for the rest of the year are issued by the insurers, you will be advised on how to access them.

Please note that the extended certificates are only available to clubs who do not have any outstanding payments (including 2025 affiliation fees) to Badminton Victoria.
