It is with profound sadness that we mourn the passing of Kenny Yew, a cherished member of our badminton community. Kenny's passion for the sport shone brightly, from his early days as an umpire in 2014 to his dedicated service as Treasurer on the Badminton Victoria Technical Officials Committee.

He was a constant source of support and guidance, always willing to share his expertise and help others grow.  Kenny's commitment to excellence was evident in his achievements: National Certification in 2018 and Oceania Accreditation in 2022. In the last year, he joined the course presenter panel, inspiring the next generation of officials.

Kenny's contributions to badminton will always be remembered.
