We are deeply saddened by the loss of Ron Chau, a dedicated member of our badminton community and past employee of Badminton Victoria.

“In loving memory of our dear friend Ron Chau, whose sudden departure has left an indelible void in our hearts and lives. His passion for life was evident in everything he did. His unwavering dedication to family and friends mirrored his commitment to our shared sport, where he tirelessly strived to make a positive impact that rippled far beyond the courts. His legacy is etched in the memories of those he touched with his love, laughter and profound kindness that will continue to inspire us all.

Our deepest sympathies extend to Ron’s beloved wife Soong Kheng, his cherished sons Timothy and Matthew, his daughters-in-law Vanessa and Jessica, and his treasured grandchildren Luca and Theodore. May the warmth of his memory provide solace in this time of profound loss.”
