Selection Policy Summary
- To be read in conjunction with the entire Representative State Team Selection Criteria that can be found here.
- Players must play in all of the nominated selection tournaments for their relevant age group.
How to Complete this Online Nomination
- Update your online profile. This only has to be done once. As long as your details are correct in your profile you don’t need to do this again each time you nominate.
- Complete your online nomination. Please make sure you read all the information on this nomination page first.

1. Update your online profile.
1.1 Go to ‘Member Login’ button in the top right-hand corner of this page to log in
If you do not know your login details please email stateteam@badmintonvic.com.au and include the following information:
- Name as it is registered with your club
- Date of birth
- Club you are registered with
- Email address that you have given to your club (if it is different from the one you use to email Badminton Victoria)
1.2 Click on the ‘Update Details’ button and check that your profile has the following fields complete;
- Name
- Date of Birth
- Email Address
- Player ID Number (BWF/BA) (if known, otherwise leave blank)
- If you are under 19 please also make sure the below details are correct:
- (For State Team Junior Nominations Only) Name of Mother, Father or Legal Guardian
- (For State Team Junior Nominations Only) Mobile Number of Mother, Father or Legal Guardian
- (For State Team Junior Nominations Only) Email of Mother, Father or Legal Guardian
- Is your parent / legal guardian aware that you are nominating for the Badminton Victoria State Team?
PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY NOMINATIONS RECEIVED WITHOUT THE ABOVE DETAILS WILL BE CANCELLED AND YOU WILL HAVE TO NOMINATE AGAIN
2. Complete your online nomination. Please make sure you read all the information on the nomination page.

Confirmation of Nomination
You will receive a confirmation email shortly after you complete your nomination. This is important as it confirms that your nomination was received successfully.
If you do not receive this email within 2 hours please contact the BV office and let us know.
