Events Offered:

Open Division (Badminton Victoria Perpetual Trophy)

Second Division (Lenny Permana Perpetual Trophy)

Depending on the number of entries received, teams may play qualifier matches to determine the division the team will play the rest of its tournament matches.

Open Division is an elite competition for schools who are generally winners or runners-up in their respective school association competition, have club, state or national level player(s) in their team or are looking for a significantly higher level of competition.

Second Division is for schools wishing to experience a greater level of competition outside their respective school associations or may not have competitive badminton being played in their school association.

There are no gender divisions. Boys and girls will all compete together.

Entry Format:

Due to the demand for places in this event entries are staggered. This is the first round of entries. If there are still places available at the close of the first round of entries, a second round will be opened. If there are still places available at the end of the second round a third round will be opened. Payment will be made once all entry rounds have been completed. Names for teams and players will be required once all rounds have been completed. You will be sent an invoice and details of how to enter team and player names at the end of the entry rounds.

Entry Timetable:

First Round Entries: 5 June - 29 July 

Second Round Entries (if spaces still available): 1 August - 12 August

Third Round Entries (if spaces still available); 15 August - 19 August 

Please note that entries in the Third Round may be cancelled if numbers exceed the maximum that can be accepted, Maximum of 1 team in each division per school.

Team and Player names to be advised: 5 September - 9 September

Payment Required By (invoices will be sent 119 August): 5 September

Team Entry Fees: Please note that payment will be by invoice which will be sent once entries close.

$75 per team (including GST)
