We are excited to host the 2024 Atalanta Jamboree in Melbourne.

EVENT DATES
13th October, Sunday - Individual Ladies Doubles Championships
14th October, Monday - Welcome followed by Round 1 of the Australasian Teams Championships
19th October, Saturday - Teams Championships Finals & the End of Event Social Function

VENUE
The Championships will be held at Melbourne Sports & Aquatic Centre (MSAC).
Address: 30 Aughtie Drive, Albert Park, VIC.

Sir Albert Cafe is located inside MSAC for food & drinks. There are plenty of cafes & restaurants along Clarendon Street, only a 5 minute drive from MSAC

On-site parking is available. Parking fees apply.

By Tram - There are two convenient tram routes: Route 96 (East Brunswick to St Kilda Beach) – Stop 129 and Route 12 (City to South Melbourne/St Kilda) – Stop 131.

SOCIAL FUNCTION - DINE AT THE MCG
The final night event will be hosted at the AFL Dining Room located inside the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG).
An iconic Melbourne landmark where sporting history meets unforgettable memories. The AFL Dining Room’s floor-to-ceiling windows overlook the playing turf, the surrounding sports precinct, the Melbourne Art Centre spire and the CBD skyline.

Entertainment by The Cover Council.

Cost: $120 per person includes a 3-course meal. Drinks can be purchased at the bar.

MCG Tour: Before the party starts you have the option to sign up for the MCG Tour. Immerse yourself in the history and world-class facilities of the MCG, as you go behind the scenes on a 60-minute guided tour. Gain an insight into Melbourne's sporting culture as you hear from our proud MCC volunteers, walk along the boundary line of the hallowed arena and experience where legends play.

5.30pm - MCG Tour
6.30pm - Social Function Start

All orders made will be delievered to Badminton Victoria at MSAC for pick up at the start of the event.

STRINGING DURING THE EVENT
Protech Sports will provide Professional Stringing Services during the Atalanta Jamboree tournament week.
Racquets that require stringing will be picked up at 5 pm and returned the next day by 12 pm (noon).
Cost: $35 per racquet including strings and labour.
