Badminton Abilities Games Day 2023

Do you want to try wheelchair badminton? Or walking badminton? Join us for our Badminton Abilities Games Day and community BBQ on Saturday 21 January 2023!

We invite players of any ability (living with or without a disability) to join a team and play social adapted badminton team games, inspired by para badminton rules. Plus, you will be sparring with some of our new and developing para badminton players – ready to challenge players from the wider community!

Badminton Abilities Junior – a VicHealth Jumpstart! project

Our project, Badminton Abilities Junior is needed to create more safe, welcoming and inclusive opportunities for children and young people aged 5 to 17 years old living with disability to be physically active.

We need your suggestions to create more accessible badminton programs for youth with disability. If you would like to be part of our consultation phase, please express your interest via the forms linked below:
