The Badminton Victoria Court Officials Committee (BVCOC) is a group of passionate volunteers who oversee the recruitment, development and appointments of qualified technical officials (referees, umpires and line judges).

Please contact the BVCOC for:

• Training and qualification to become a technical official
• Request for technical officials to attend competitions and tournaments
• Development and education opportunities in officiating badminton
